Are the apartments air-conditioned?
How often are the rooms serviced?
Our apartments are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning. Please note that the operation period of the air conditioning is regulated by the condominium and is dependent on the outside temperature. Air conditioning is available usually from June to October, outside of the heating season.
Do you provide an iron and ironing board in the apartments?
Iron and ironing board is provided in all apartments.
Cleaning is provided every 2 days (e.g. on the 3rd day for a 3-night stay) and is complimentary. For longer stays of 7 days or more, we offer a major weekly cleaning service that includes a bed linen change, all included in the price, of course. If you would like extra cleaning beyond our standard service, we are pleased to accommodate your request for a small additional fee. Simply reach out to our reception, and we will gladly provide you with further assistance and information.
What can I expect in my apartment?
Apartments vary in size, from a Studio through to 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments with separate living areas, sleeping up to six guests. Each apartment has one or two separate bathrooms and toilets of course.
All apartments have a kitchen, fully equipped with appliances including a fridge-freezer, washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher, crockery (including plates, cups, glasses and pans) with a full suite of utensils.
All of the apartments have cable TV with free view featuring over 50 channels and free wireless Internet access. We provide towels, bed linen, shampoo and shower gel as well. More information >>
Do you provide single beds?
We have queen size double beds (not twin beds) in our apartments, single beds or extra beds are not available.
Are the apartments smoking or non-smoking?
All of our apartments are non-smoking, however you can smoke on the balcony of the apartment.
Is there on-site parking?
Parking is available at the guarded underground garage for EUR 32.00 / day. Height restriction: 2.10 meters. If you wish to reserve a parking place, you can add this service to your reservation during the booking process.

Are cots or high chairs available?
Both baby cots and high chairs are available at our apartments without any extra charge. Please let us know in advance if you require any of them.

Do you offer a breakfast service?
All rooms and apartments are equipped with kitchen for self-catering. In the neighborhood you will find supermarkets. You can prepare your own breakfast or combine the more comfortable apartment accommodation with a delicious breakfast in a very pleasant enviroment of our cafe-restaurant! We offer full hot & cold buffet breakfast for EUR 18.00 EUR / person. Children up to the age of 3 years enjoy a free breakfast, 1 child per paying adult. Are the apartments Shabbat-friendly?
The 7Seasons Apartments is located conveniently located near the shops and restaurants in the Jewish quarter. Our apartments are Shabbat-friendly with the following features: Manual keys are provided for apartment access, and a manual key for the main entrance door can be requested at the reception. The electric oven and stove are non-induction, ensuring compatibility with Shabbat observance. Each apartment has individual climate control, allowing guests to adjust temperature independently. Additionally, the use of open flames in the apartment is strictly forbidden, and each apartment is equipped with a smoke detector system.

Are the apartments all in one building?
All apartments are located in the same complex, where our reception can be found.
What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is the perfect combination between staying in a hotel and leasing an apartment. We provide the comfort of a **** hotel including maid service, 24h reception, broadband access, fresh towels and linen change, but you also have the added convenience and freedom of staying in a spacious fully furnished luxury apartment.
Where in Budapest are your apartments located?
The apartments are situated right in the centre of Budapest, in the historical quarter of the capital, only a few minutes’ walk from Andrassy Boulevard and Deak Square, near the most famous touristic and world heritage sights such as the St. Stephen Basilica, the Synagogue and the State Opera House. How do 7Seasons Apartments prices compare to a Budapest hotel?
Our rates are priced per night, per apartment - not per person, and unlike a hotel you can avoid all the typical hidden service charges associated with hotels, such as Internet use charges, mini bars and room service.
Should you need to accommodate a group or a family, then you can opt for one of our cost-effective two or three-bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to 6 guests and stretch your budgets even further; why pay for two or three rooms in a traditional hotel?
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, with the exception of assistance dogs, pets are not allowed to stay at our apartments.
How do I check-in?
Check-in is possible from 15:00 o'clock (3 PM).
Our 0-24 open reception can be found in the same building where our apartments are located, so you only need to find our reception and we will be happy to help you. If you arrive late, please inform us, as your reservation is guaranteed until 5:00 AM the next morning.
How do I check out?
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
On your departure, simply return your keys to the reception. We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in a presentable condition, making sure that all the windows are closed and the appliances are switched off. Please make sure that you closed the main door behind you.
In case you fail to check out by 11 AM, we reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee or charge for an additional night, without being able to guarantee the availability.
What happens if I lose the key of the apartment?
If you lose your apartment key, you must inform us right away. We must change the lock, and this will incur a fee of EUR 50.00.

Can I request a specific apartment?
We value our guests' preferences regarding their accommodation, however, due to the location of the building, the possibilities are limited. While we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill your request, we will do our best to consider your preferences based on the available apartments.
How many people can stay in one of your apartments?
The maximum number of guests per apartment varies depending on the room type. You can find information about this at each apartment type on the website. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we only accommodate registered guests and strictly adhere to the booking limitations. Therefore, check-in is only possible if the maximum capacity of the apartment matches the number of registered guests.

How do I make a reservation?
Making a reservation for our apartments is easy and convenient. You can check our current rates and availability online. Simply visit our website, where you will find up-to-date information on prices and the availability of our apartments. To secure your reservation, you can choose between a credit card guarantee or prepayment. Is it possible to view an apartment before booking?
Yes. We will be more than happy to show you around, whether it's just for you or a corporate booking. We can arrange apartment viewing subject to availability, but we cannot guarantee a specific apartment. Please contact one of our reservation team to arrange a viewing >>
Is there a minimum length of stay?
We can accommodate stays of any length, anywhere from 1 day to 3 months or more. We will do everything we can to work with your travel plans whilst in Budapest whatever the duration. During peak periods there may be a minimum stay restriction for booking.
How far in advance do I have to book my apartment?
There is a high demand for apartment accommodation, as more and more people are now realising the many benefits of this type of accommodation when compared to a traditional hotel. Therefore, we advise that you book as far in advance as possible, particularly at peak times. Of course, we will deal with last-minute bookings, but we may not be able to offer availability on some occasions.
How do I make a group booking?
If you want to make a booking for a group for more than 5 apartments or 20 guests please to discuss your requirements using our contact us form, as we may be able to offer a discounted rate. Kindly note that all group bookings for 3 apartments or more will be subject to special conditions and payment terms, and a deposit may be required.
Do you accept hen or stag party bookings?
As a general policy, group bookings for stag or hen parties are not accepted.
PAYMENT
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our rates are confirmed in EUR. Cash payment is accepted in EUR or HUF (local currency), and credit cards can be charged in HUF (local currency) only. Accepted credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Unionpay. EUR rates are exchanged to HUF, the conversion is made at the foreign currency selling rate - valid on the day of payment of the bank where the account of 7Seasons Apartments is kept. Please note that you can change the currency of displayed rates in our online booking system, but those rates are for information purposes only.
How do I pay and when do I pay?
Payment terms vary depending on the rate booked, so please check the rate terms when making your booking. Unless you have paid in advance, you'll be asked to pay when you check in, so you can be sure of a quick and easy departure on the day you leave.
For Non-refundable rates: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
For Pay on Arrival rates: Payment will be taken by credit or debit card or in cash when you check in. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at the time of booking, and we reserve the right to pre-authorise (temporarily hold) an amount prior to arrival.
What is a pre-authorisation?
We request credit card details to confirm your reservation. A pre-authorization is a temporary hold on an amount to ensure your card is valid and you have enough funds available to pay for your stay. The funds held will be released after you check out. If the pre-authorization transaction is not successful, we will notify you of the declined transaction, and you will have 24 hours to provide new credit card/bank card details. If this is not done, we will have to cancel your reservation.
RATES
What is included in the cost?
We include everything to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our apartments have wireless broadband internet, Cable TV, and fully equipped kitchen with electronic stove / oven and dishwasher. We provide all your cooking utensils and cutlery. The apartments are prepared for the number of guests indicated in the confirmation, so each guest has a separate blanket, 2 pillows, towels, utensils and cleaning utensils. In our apartments we also provide a hairdryer, washing machine and drying rack (not tumble dryer). We change fresh towels every 2 days while linen is provided weekly.

How do I modify my booking?
What is the cancellation policy?
If you booked directly via our website, you can modify or cancel your reservation via your confirmation email.
If you made your booking via a third party or online travel agency and need to cancel or amend your stay, please contact them directly.
Please pay attention to your modification / cancelation policy, as amending your reservation depends on the booked rate.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate type selected. We offer a range of rate types to suit all budgets and needs. The most flexible rate type allows you to modify or cancel your reservation up to 1 day before the arrival date, free of charge. Other rate types offer a 7-day cancellation policy, and some restricted and discounted rates require advance payment and have different cancellation policies. Please make sure to read the cancellation policy of the chosen rate type when making the reservation.
