Our experience was very, very good

"We were recommended the airport pick up service, which as we were 5 people was very convenient, especially when arriving in a city we did not know. The flat was very clean and well kept, and had all the details, coffee machine with capsules and possibility to buy more at reception, iron, hairdryer, all kinds of kitchenware in the kitchen, toaster, microwave.... As for the staff, they are great, they speak perfect English and they always attend you with a smile. We arrived very late and left early in the morning, so we were worried about the opening hours, but the reception is 24 hours."

"It was really the right choice we made. The hotel is located right in the center. Kind staff. Clean, spacious. We couldn't have asked for more. We arranged the transfer through the hotel from Budapest airport to the hotel. And also back on the last day. The drivers were also really helpful and kind. Everything we asked for was given to us. "We had an excellent stay for 5 nights at this well-equipped, spacious, centrally located apartment. All amenities were exactly as described on the website. The best part was the very prompt, extremely efficient, and always courteous service and help we received at the front desk. Incidentally, we had also booked our airport pickup and drop through the service provided by them - it was maybe a few Euros more than an Uber or regular taxi, but well worth it. In short, I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay there again whenever visit Budapest."

Central location, professional and friendly staff

"Excellent location in the center, a few minutes from supermarket, shops,restaurants,main metro station. Big and very clean apartment, with housekeeping service every other day. Very comfortable beds and great shower. The apartment was even nicer than it looks like in the pictures. Excellent for families. 24 hour reception with professional and friendly staff. We also used their transfer service from the airport and back to the airport and it was great. I would stay there again."
