Excellent staff, patient, professional, and helpful with everything needed. We accepted the hotel's offer to upgrade the room and got a renovated, spotless, fully equipped room, very comfortable. The hotel's location is unbeatable, central, and convenient. Breakfast is definitely good, and we took advantage of it twice during our stay.
